What is the greatest void to date in our knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease?
Early diagnosis in the silent period of the disease is needed for therapeuitc intervention that modifies the course of the disease. Clinical diagnosis is ALWAYS too late and offers only paliative therapeutic alternatives.
